We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

6. Are your chopsticks reusable?
Yes. All chopsticks sold at Choplisse are reusable and designed for long-term daily use.
7. Are the chopsticks dishwasher safe?
Stainless steel chopsticks are fully dishwasher safe. Wooden and bamboo chopsticks are best hand-washed to maintain their beauty and longevity. We recommend avoiding the dishwasher for wooden chopsticks.
8. Are your chopsticks suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer both standard and training chopsticks (with helper rings) perfect for children or adults learning to use chopsticks.
9. Do you sell chopstick sets or gift sets?
Yes. We offer beautiful sets of 4, 5, and 10 pairs, as well as elegant gift boxes perfect for weddings, housewarmings, and special occasions.
10. Are the chopsticks food-safe?
Absolutely. All our chopsticks are made with food-grade, non-toxic materials and are safe for daily use.
11. How do I care for wooden / bamboo chopsticks?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry completely before storing. Occasionally apply food-grade mineral oil to maintain the wood’s beauty and prevent drying.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my chopsticks arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
